Plant winter flowering bulbs

If you haven’t already, make planting winter flowering bulbs top of your list. Doing so at the beginning of the season by the very latest will mean bright colours from January through to spring.

Deadhead your autumn flowering plants

Some of your plants will be starting to wilt and fade; carefully remove the dead heads to encourage healthy re-growth and blooms in the new year.

Prune summer flowering shrubs

Protect plants

Move your potted plants indoors or into a greenhouse if you have one to avoid damage. If you don’t have a greenhouse we sell an amazing 4 Tier Mini Green
